ZN999 Terms and Conditions

01General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("the Player") and ZN999 ("the Platform", "we", "us") regarding your use of the ZN999 website, mobile platform, and all associated gaming services available at zn999.ws.

By registering an account on ZN999 or by accessing any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the ZN999 platform.

These Terms apply to all games, promotions, deposits, withdrawals, and communications available through ZN999. They should be read alongside the ZN999 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and ZN999.

02Eligibility

To open a ZN999 account and use the platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a natural person — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be currently self-excluded from ZN999 or subject to an active account suspension.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of ZN999 or its affiliated software providers.

ZN999 does not knowingly accept registrations from players who do not meet these eligibility criteria. If ZN999 discovers at any point that a player has misrepresented their eligibility, the account will be suspended immediately and any balances may be reviewed in line with the circumstances.

03Account Registration

Each player may hold only one ZN999 account. If ZN999 discovers that a player has registered multiple accounts — regardless of the reason — all duplicate accounts will be closed and any bonuses or winnings accrued across those accounts may be voided. The single original account may be reinstated at ZN999's discretion.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information current. ZN999 is not liable for issues arising from outdated account information provided by the player.

You are solely responsible for the security of your ZN999 account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. ZN999 will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact ZN999 support immediately at support@zn999.ws.

• Passwords must be kept confidential at all times.
• ZN999 accounts are non-transferable — you cannot sell, transfer, or assign your account to another person.
• Account registration is free. ZN999 will never charge a fee to open an account.
• ZN999 reserves the right to reject any registration application without being required to provide a reason.

04Deposits

All deposits at ZN999 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ZN999 accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. The minimum deposit amount varies by payment method and is displayed clearly on the deposit page within your ZN999 account.

Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed instantly — funds appear in your ZN999 wallet within seconds under normal operating conditions. IBFT bank transfers typically arrive within a few hours, depending on the sending bank. Card deposits are generally processed within a few minutes.

• You may only deposit using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• ZN999 does not charge deposit fees. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges — check directly with them.
• ZN999 reserves the right to request verification of a payment method before processing any withdrawal associated with it.
• Deposit limits may be applied to your account in line with our Responsible Gaming Policy or as requested by you.

05Withdrawals

ZN999 is committed to fast, reliable PKR withdrawals. Withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within 15 minutes. IBFT bank transfers usually complete within 1 to 8 hours depending on your bank. All withdrawals are processed in PKR with no currency conversion or platform fees charged by ZN999.

Before your first withdrawal can be processed, ZN999 requires identity verification (KYC). You will need to provide a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card). This is a one-time process and is required to comply with anti-money-laundering obligations and to protect all players on the platform. Once verified, subsequent withdrawals process automatically without repeated document requests.

• Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods previously used for deposits, or to an account/wallet in the registered player's name.
• ZN999 reserves the right to request additional documentation for large withdrawals or where unusual account activity is detected.
• Pending bonus wagering requirements must be met before withdrawal of associated bonus funds.
• Withdrawal requests that cannot be completed due to incomplete KYC will be held until verification is satisfactorily completed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is displayed in your ZN999 account at the time of requesting.

06Bonuses and Promotions

ZN999 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and other promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer — including wagering requirements, minimum deposit amounts, eligible games, and expiry periods. These terms are stated clearly on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is active.

Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per offer) must be wagered before the bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus subject to a 30x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be bet 30 times in total before withdrawal eligibility is reached.

• Bonuses can only be claimed by players with a single verified ZN999 account.
• One bonus per household, IP address, device, and payment method applies where specified.
• ZN999 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, amend its terms, or remove it from your account if there is evidence of bonus abuse or exploitation.
• Bonus funds are not real money until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
• ZN999 may set game-specific wagering contribution rates — for example, slot games may contribute 100% toward wagering requirements while live casino games contribute less. Check each offer's specific terms.
• Bonuses that have not been claimed within their validity period will expire automatically.

07Game Rules

All games available on the ZN999 platform are operated using certified random number generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live dealer games, by real human dealers in licensed studio environments. Every game in the ZN999 lobby has been independently tested and certified by internationally recognised gaming labs. The published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are accurate and verified.

ZN999 is not responsible for any losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of how a particular game works. It is the player's responsibility to read the game rules, paytable, and terms before placing real money bets. Game rules are accessible directly within each game interface on the ZN999 platform.

• In the event of a game malfunction or technical error, any bet affected by the malfunction will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account.
• Game results are final once confirmed by the game software or live dealer. ZN999 does not accept retrospective claims based on alleged misunderstanding of a result.
• ZN999 reserves the right to remove any game from the lobby at any time without prior notice.

08Prohibited Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ZN999 platform. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering or operating more than one ZN999 account.
• Providing false personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods to make deposits.
• Attempting to use automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any ZN999 game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in live dealer or multiplayer games.
• Deliberately exploiting errors, glitches, or bugs in game software. Any such issues should be reported to ZN999 support immediately.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds with no genuine intention to play.
• Abusing the ZN999 bonus system through coordinated multi-account play, systematic low-risk bonus strategies, or any other method designed to extract bonus value without genuine play.
• Charging back deposits made to ZN999 via a card provider without first raising the matter with ZN999 support. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate account termination and debt recovery action.

09Responsible Gaming

ZN999 takes responsible gaming seriously and provides a range of tools to help players stay in control of their gambling activity. These tools are available to every registered player through the account settings section and include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your ZN999 account. Limits take effect immediately when decreased and after a cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum playing session duration. ZN999 will automatically log you out when the limit is reached.
• Reality Checks: Receive on-screen notifications at set intervals reminding you how long you have been playing and how much you have wagered.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a set period — from 24 hours to several weeks. During this time you cannot log in or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your ZN999 account and request that you not be contacted with promotional material. ZN999 takes self-exclusion requests seriously and processes them promptly.

10Account Suspension and Closure

ZN999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, including but not limited to identity fraud, payment fraud, or bonus abuse.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
• ZN999 being unable to satisfactorily verify the identity, age, or payment method of the account holder after requesting documentation.
• A player posing a risk to the integrity of the platform, other players, or the security of the ZN999 systems.

When an account is closed, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived from prohibited activity) will be returned to the player via their most recently used verified payment method. The processing time for such returns will be communicated to the player by ZN999 support.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting ZN999 support at support@zn999.ws. ZN999 will process such requests within a reasonable timeframe.

11Privacy and Data

ZN999 collects and processes personal data in order to operate the platform, verify player identities, process transactions, and comply with applicable legal obligations. Full details of how ZN999 handles personal data are set out in the ZN999 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

By registering a ZN999 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. ZN999 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law.

ZN999 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption across all pages and transactions to protect player data in transit. Player funds are held in segregated accounts separate from ZN999's operating capital.

12Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ZN999's liability to any player is limited to the amount of real-money funds held in that player's ZN999 account at the time a claim arises. ZN999 is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings arising from interruptions to the ZN999 platform.
• Losses resulting from network outages, device malfunctions, or internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses of any nature.
• Delays in game results or payment processing caused by circumstances outside ZN999's direct control, including banking system downtime or mobile wallet provider outages.

ZN999 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance and emergency technical work may occasionally result in temporary unavailability. ZN999 will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.

13Amendments to These Terms

ZN999 may update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When significant changes are made, ZN999 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform. The date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.

Your continued use of the ZN999 platform after any revision to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact ZN999 support to close your account.
